Recipe 2: Protein coconut cake

I sneaked in a sneaky vegetable 😉

Normal serving whey Vanilla
2 tablespoons coconut flour
1 tablespoon coconut milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Half a sweet potato/ yellow gemsquash
2 sachets stevia
1/2 cup soya unsweetened/almond milk

Bake on 180 degrees for about 30 min or till golden brown.

Topping as below. Add frozen banana and almonds to top with teaspoon honey or agave syrup.
