Love cheesecake like me??? here is a healthy recipe for a great raw banana cheesecake that you can have as a treat and not feel as guilty!
NO added sugar and no eggs! 🙂
1. 1/2 a cup of oat flour
1/2 cup of almond meal
5 pitted dates
1.5 scoops of vanilla/ banana flavoured whey protein ( 100 %)
1/4 cup of extra virgin coconut oil
1 tbsp of vanilla extract
( quickly process the dry ingredients then dd oil and syrup and then continue to process until mixture holds well together)
Press down in lines tin and pop aside.
1. 2 cups of cashews, ( soaked for two hours and then rinsed)
2. 1/2 a cup of coconut oil
3. 3-4 tbsp of dark agave
4. 1 tbsp of maca powder
5. 1 tbsp of vanilla extract
6. 3 ripe bananas
7. 1/4 cup of reduced fat coconut milk
Blend everything together for about 3 minutes or until smooth
POur over and spread over base, marble in pure maple syrup and pop in the fridge to set
Add fresh blueberries and optional as garnish grate some coconut over the top!
